At SkillXpand, we strive to provide high-quality eLearning courses and a satisfying learning experience to our valued customers. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This Refunds Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for requesting a refund and the terms and conditions associated with it. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

Course Enrollment
Refunds are applicable only to course enrollments made directly through the SkillXpand website or authorized platforms. If you have purchased a course through a third-party vendor, please refer to their refund policies.
Timeframe

Refunds can only be requested within a specified timeframe from the date of purchase. The timeframe for requesting a refund is as follows:


Single course enrollment: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase


Subscription plans: Refund requests for subscription plans can only be made within the first 24 hours of the initial enrollment or upgrade.

Course Progress

To be eligible for a refund, the course must not be completed beyond a certain point. Refund eligibility based on course progress is as follows:


Single course enrollment: Refunds can only be requested if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact customer service or submit a ticket using the Submit Ticket button.

Refund Justification
In your refund request, please provide a clear and concise justification for the refund. This may include technical issues, course content discrepancies, or any other valid reason for your dissatisfaction.
Refund Processing
Refund Evaluation

Once your refund request is received, our team will carefully evaluate your eligibility based on the criteria mentioned in the Eligibility for Refunds section. If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will proceed with the refund process.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is not available, alternative arrangements may be made with the customer on a case-by-case basis to provide a refund in the form of site credit. Site credits expire after 2 years and cannot be used for services only for a single course or subscription enrollment. 

Refund Timeline
The refund process may take up to 7 business days from the date of approval. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exceptions to Refunds
Course Completion
If you have accessed more than 20% of the course content, refunds will not be issued. However, we value your feedback and encourage you to share any concerns you may have regarding the course.
Certification Fees

Please note that certification fees are non-refundable. Once you have successfully completed and paid for a certification exam, the fee is non-transferable and non-refundable. If course materials meet the Course Completion guidelines above, a partial refund may be provided for course materials.

Promotional Offers
Refunds for courses purchased through promotional offers or discounts will be processed based on the amount paid, after deducting the discount or promotional value.
Modifications to Refunds Policy

SkillXpand reserves the right to modify or update this Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will be posted in our knoweldge base and shown during checkout, and any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting.
