Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds can only be requested within a specified timeframe from the date of purchase. The timeframe for requesting a refund is as follows:
Single course enrollment: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase
Subscription plans: Refund requests for subscription plans can only be made within the first 24 hours of the initial enrollment or upgrade.
To be eligible for a refund, the course must not be completed beyond a certain point. Refund eligibility based on course progress is as follows:
Single course enrollment: Refunds can only be requested if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
To request a refund, please contact customer service or submit a ticket using the Submit Ticket button.
Once your refund request is received, our team will carefully evaluate your eligibility based on the criteria mentioned in the Eligibility for Refunds section. If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will proceed with the refund process.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is not available, alternative arrangements may be made with the customer on a case-by-case basis to provide a refund in the form of site credit. Site credits expire after 2 years and cannot be used for services only for a single course or subscription enrollment.
Please note that certification fees are non-refundable. Once you have successfully completed and paid for a certification exam, the fee is non-transferable and non-refundable. If course materials meet the Course Completion guidelines above, a partial refund may be provided for course materials.
SkillXpand reserves the right to modify or update this Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will be posted in our knoweldge base and shown during checkout, and any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting.
