This Lifetime Access Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions for accessing SkillXpand courses for the duration of our business operations. Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase. By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein.
Lifetime Access Definition
"Lifetime access" refers to the period during which SkillXpand is in operation as a business entity. It begins from the date of course enrollment and continues for the lifetime of SkillXpand as a functioning business.
Lifetime access is granted exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It cannot be assigned, sold, or otherwise transferred to any other individual or entity. Accounts found to be against this policy may be disabled by the SkillXpand team. Accounts disabled for breaking our policies will not be covered by our refund policy unless where applicable by law.
Commitment to Lifetime Access
SkillXpand is dedicated to providing continuous access to enrolled courses for the duration of our business operations. We strive to ensure that you can access the course materials, resources, and updates as long as SkillXpand remains in business.
We are committed to maintaining course availability and functionality for our enrolled learners during the lifetime access period. However, in exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as technological advancements, changes in industry standards, or force majeure events, it may be necessary to modify, discontinue, or replace certain courses or course features.
Limitations and Exclusions
In the unlikely event that SkillXpand ceases operations or is acquired by another company, the lifetime access period will conclude. In such cases, SkillXpand will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled learners in advance, providing alternative arrangements or compensation options where feasible.
In the event of SkillXpand's business discontinuation, we may offer eligible enrolled learners a pro-rata refund based on the remaining duration of their lifetime access period. Any such refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Modifications to Lifetime Access Policy
SkillXpand reserves the right to modify or update this Lifetime Access Policy at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will be posted here, and any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting.
Please note that subscriptions to SkillXpand courses do not include lifetime access. Subscriptions grant access to the enrolled courses only for the duration of the active subscription period.
Good Standing Requirement
To maintain access to the courses included in your subscription, it is essential to ensure that your subscription remains in good standing. This means that you must fulfill all payment obligations and adhere to the terms and conditions of the subscription plan.
Termination of Subscription Access
If your subscription is canceled, terminated, or expires due to non-payment or violation of the subscription terms, your access to the courses included in the subscription will be discontinued. It is important to note that once subscription access is terminated, it cannot be reinstated unless a new subscription is purchased.
Non-transferability of Subscription Access
Access to courses included in a subscription is non-transferable and cannot be assigned, sold, or otherwise transferred to any other individual or entity.
